Special Order Items: We regret that we cannot refund, in full or in part, special order items.

We have a 14 day exchange or refund policy which comes into effect on the day of your delivery (subject to the items being in their original condition).

To initiate the refund process, please contact us & we will be able to look at scheduling a collection from site. Please note we are only able to refund the original payment method.
